Create an account

You can create your account in three ways: - with your email address and a password (at least 8 characters, with at least one lowercase letter and one number); - with Google; - with Telegram. Sign-up is instant: no code to enter. You then choose your username (3 to 20 characters: letters, numbers and underscore), the one shown on leaderboards. Teukoo is for adults aged 18 and over only, and is not available in some countries. Create my account

I forgot my password

1. On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?". 2. Enter your account's email address: you'll receive a code by email. 3. Enter the code, then choose a new password (at least 8 characters, one lowercase letter and one number). Did you sign up with Google or Telegram? You don't have a Teukoo password: just sign in again with the same button. You can add a password from Profile › Sign-in methods. Not receiving the code? Check your spam folder, then write to us from Profile › Chat with an agent.

Verify my email and identity

Email verification is required before your first withdrawal. It's done from your Profile, with a code sent by email. If you signed up with Google, it's already done. Identity verification is required: - when your total withdrawals exceed $1,000 over 30 days; - to play a paid private tournament. It's done once, from Profile › Verify identity: an ID document and a selfie, in a few minutes. These checks protect your account and your winnings: money is never sent to someone who isn't you.

Can't find your answer here? Write to us directly in the app: - on mobile: Profile › Chat with an agent; - on desktop: Support, at the bottom of the sidebar. You can attach an image or a PDF (a screenshot often helps a lot). When we reply, you get a notification. For a question about a deposit or withdrawal, remember to include the transaction ID (the "hash"). Open the chat
