Your balance is credited once the network confirms, not when you send: a few seconds to a few minutes on Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain or TRON, often longer on Bitcoin or Ethereum.
If nothing arrives, check:
- that the transaction is confirmed in your wallet or exchange;
- that you sent on the right network and the right coin;
- that you sent the amount shown: some exchanges deduct their fees. If at least 95% arrives, Teukoo credits what arrived; below that, the deposit goes to manual review;
- for a coin other than a stablecoin, that you sent within 10 minutes: after that, the payment expires.
