Making a deposit

Your balance is in US dollars (USD) and you fund it with crypto, from Wallet › Deposit. - USDT: on TRON (TRC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), Polygon, Solana or Ethereum (ERC-20). - USDC: on BNB Chain (BEP-20), Polygon or Solana. - Other coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, BNB, Dogecoin, TRON, Litecoin, Cardano, TON): converted to dollars on deposit. Their rate is locked for 10 minutes. The minimum is $5; depending on the coin and network it can be higher: it's shown before you send. Network fees for your deposit are covered by Teukoo. Always send the same coin, on the same network you selected: a transfer on another network can be lost. My deposit hasn't arrived

Your balance is credited once the network confirms, not when you send: a few seconds to a few minutes on Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain or TRON, often longer on Bitcoin or Ethereum. If nothing arrives, check: 1. that the transaction is confirmed in your wallet or exchange; 2. that you sent on the right network and the right coin; 3. that you sent the amount shown: some exchanges deduct their fees. If at least 95% arrives, Teukoo credits what arrived; below that, the deposit goes to manual review; 4. for a coin other than a stablecoin, that you sent within 10 minutes: after that, the payment expires. Withdrawing my winnings

From Wallet › Withdraw, you withdraw in USDT or USDC to the wallet of your choice. Network Minimum Fee Solana $1 free Polygon $1 $0.20 BNB Chain $2 $0.50 TRON $5 $1.50 Ethereum $25 $8 Fees are deducted from the amount requested. Always check the address and the network: a transfer to a wrong address can't be reversed. Every withdrawal appears in Transactions, with a link to track it on the blockchain. Why my withdrawal was refused or is pending

A withdrawal can be refused or put on hold for one of these reasons: - amount below the minimum for the chosen network (see "Withdrawing my winnings"); - email address not yet confirmed: it's required before the first withdrawal; - deposit not yet played: each deposit must be played once in tournaments before it can be withdrawn. Your winnings can always be withdrawn; - identity check required: above $1,000 withdrawn over 30 days; - amount of $2,000 or more: the withdrawal is approved by the team before it's sent. I sent on the wrong network

The same coin exists on several blockchains that don't talk to each other. BNB Chain, Polygon and Ethereum addresses look alike (they all start with "0x"): so a wallet will accept the transfer even on the wrong network. If it happened: 1. don't send again to the same address; 2. write to us right away from Profile › Chat with an agent, with the transaction ID (the "hash"), the network used and the amount. Recovery isn't always possible and can take time. The best protection: pick the same network on both sides before every transfer.
